Return & Refund Policy

At Shop for Asha, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and made with care — not only to elevate your everyday wardrobe but also to support the mission of Asha Jyoti, empowering women and children with education and opportunity.

We want you to love what you receive. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for customized, personalized, or final-sale items.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear or socks (if applicable) cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email ashagarmentfactory@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions within 2–3 business days.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We offer size and color exchanges for the same product (subject to availability). To request an exchange, follow the return process above and note that you’d like an exchange instead of a refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ashagarmentfactory@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Giving with Purpose

Every purchase from Shop for Asha helps fund educational programs and skill-building initiatives through Asha Jyoti. Because our collections are produced in small batches to support this mission, we kindly request that you consider exchanges over returns whenever possible.
